Daily work
Keyboard shortcuts
Navigate, find work, and open creation forms using commands available to your role.
The command palette is the one place for commands and their keyboard shortcuts. Inside Flow, its Shortcuts section and this guide show the same catalog, filtered to your current workspace and permissions. The shortcut letters are the same in English and Spanish.
Open commands and shortcuts
Before you start: sign in and enter an active workspace. Shortcuts are unavailable on public pages or while Flow is refreshing your access.
Press Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux or Cmd+K on a Mac to open the command palette. You can also use its navigation trigger on a phone.
Type a page name or search phrase. Each available command shows its shortcut. Use Up/Down to select an option and Enter to open it; Home and End jump to the first and last options.
Choose Keyboard shortcuts, or type ?, to open the Shortcuts section in the same palette. Type after the question mark to filter the list, for example ? inbox. Reading a shortcut does not run it.
Select Back to commands or clear the question mark to return to commands. Tab stays inside the dialog; Escape closes the palette and returns focus to the opener. Pressing ? outside an editor opens this same section directly.
Use a shortcut
Press two-key sequences one key after the other, within about a second. Creation shortcuts open the existing form; they do not submit it. Clients see their portal commands only, and organization People remains limited to client administrators with permission.
If a shortcut does nothing
Click outside text inputs, selectors, and rich-text editors before using a two-key sequence or ?. Flow ignores these shortcuts while you type. Press Escape to cancel an unfinished sequence. Avoid holding Ctrl, Alt, or Cmd during a sequence. If the palette closes after a workspace or permission change, reopen it once access refresh finishes.
