Troubleshooting

The page says a new version is available

Finish your current edit and reload safely when Flow offers an update.

A new version of Flow is available means the open page has detected a newer application release. You choose when to reload; the notice does not mean your last action failed.

Load the update

  1. Finish or cancel open edits. Save descriptions, send intended comments, or clear text you do not want to keep. Wait for uploads and other pending actions to settle.

  2. Choose Reload in the version notice.

  3. Wait while Preparing… is shown. Flow checks for open edits and pending work again before navigating.

  4. After the page reloads, check the current workspace and the saved result of your last action before continuing.

The new-version notice offers Reload while leaving the current page visible.

If reload is blocked

The message asks you to finish or cancel edits and send or clear unsent text. Your page stays open. Return to the editor or dialog, resolve the draft, and choose Reload again. Do not use a forced browser refresh to bypass a draft warning if you still need the text.

The close button is named Dismiss version notice. It dismisses the notice on the current navigation; it can reappear after you navigate. Dismissing it does not install the update.

If preparation fails

Your page remains open. Check the connection, then try Reload again when online. If the notice keeps returning after a successful reload, contact support with the approximate time, browser, and safe steps. Do not repeatedly resubmit your previous action just because an update was offered. All roles can receive the notice; reloading does not change access permissions.
