Daily work

Review a person's work and recorded time

Find active people, then inspect the readable tasks and time entries behind their totals.

Open People to find an active person and understand the work you can see. The directory is for internal workspace members. It does not grant access to someone else's private work.

Dates and times follow your Profile timezone everywhere. The workspace zone determines team report periods, scheduled jobs and shared Chat messages; week start remains a workspace setting. Date-only deadlines are the end of the chosen day in the workspace zone, shown as the calendar date in your zone without a time.

Find a person

  1. Search by name. Internal shows workspace teammates, their current role, visible teams, open assigned tasks, overdue tasks, and logged time. Named roles keep their actual names.

  2. Use the Teams filter when available. If you can manage client users, a separate Clients group shows active client identities and their client organizations; use Client organizations to narrow that group. A person belonging to several organizations appears once.

  3. Read the loaded and total counts. Load more fetches another page from the filtered results. Expand a membership summary to read all its names.

  4. Open the person's name, or select a task count or logged-time value to open its matching detail view. Back to people restores your filters and selected person.

Inspect the totals

Choose Period, which starts at This month. This week follows the workspace's week-start setting. For Custom range, enter Start date and End date, then choose Apply dates. Both dates are included, and the workspace timezone shown under the selector determines day boundaries.

  • Open assigned · now counts current open, non-archived tasks assigned to this person, including subtasks. Overdue · now is the overdue subset. These two counts are current and do not change with the historical period.
  • Completed by this person counts currently completed, non-archived tasks whose latest completion was performed by this person during the period. It is not the number assigned to them, and it is not a lifetime completion-event count. Reopened tasks no longer count.
  • Logged time adds the recorded duration of stopped entries by this person that started during the period. An entry crossing the period end contributes its full recorded duration. Running timers are excluded; readable archived work is included. Time can belong to tasks or tickets.

Select any metric to inspect its rows in Assigned work, Completed work, or Time details. These lists have their own loaded and total counts. Task rows show readable project and section context, assignee, status, priority, and full dates including the year. Time rows identify the work, recorded interval, duration, and visible project/client attribution. Open a work title to inspect it and return to the same person and period.

Read empty and unavailable states

A zero means no matching readable records. Unavailable means your current permissions do not allow that metric; it does not mean zero. Counts and details apply your access, so another reader may see different totals. Deleted, inactive, or inaccessible identities are unavailable rather than replaced by another person.

Wait for loading before reading totals. If a request fails, use Retry; your filters remain selected. If no people match, clear a name or membership filter. Manage invitations and membership changes separately from this read-only overview.

If access is denied, previously loaded pages and periods for that information are cleared. A later connection failure cannot restore them; a fresh authorized read is required. An ordinary connection failure keeps information that has not been denied.

If work access is denied, task counts, logged time, and their detail rows are hidden together; the person’s permitted name and memberships remain visible. After access is restored, a successful detail read refreshes its totals too.
